Although several English-speaking churches existed in Boulogne during Victorian times, the present congregation first started worshipping in 1986. No longer in possession of a building of our own we have been generously loaned chapels for Sunday worship by the Roman Catholic church.
At present, we meet for worship in a very beautiful chapel which forms part of the Monastère du Carmel at rue du Denacre, St Martin Boulogne belonging to sisters of the Carmelite order.
A number of social events such as coffee mornings, barbecues, bring and share lunches and many other events As with the other three congregations, Boulogne enjoys excellent ecumenical relations.
